Appointed to provide project management and editorial coordination at TOTAL’s Company and Stock Exchange division in the Holding Legal Department, for the production of their annual report (Universal Registration Document 2019). The mission’s context includes a complex legislative and regulatory environment in constant evolution, and supervision by stock exchange authorities (AMF, SEC and more). But also ongoing critical review by institutional investors, individual shareholders, economic and financial press.
